Real wood, not a printed board

• Most Thin Blue Line flags are printed on canvas or thin composite board. Ours are two true ¼" layers of real wood
• The black top layer is painted, then engraved so the natural wood grain shows through
• Acrylic inlays under the stars give them a crisp white look
• The layers are bonded with permanent adhesive paper instead of glue: perfect alignment, no glue marks
• The blue or purple line is acrylic, set directly onto the base after the layers are bonded
• Every layer is protected with a UV clear coat before the acrylic goes in
• The badge is laser cut as part of the top layer, not applied as a decal or sticker
• Natural grain and small character marks mean no two are identical
• Built for indoor display, and built to still be on the wall in twenty years
