Every piece is made to order. Standard production is 2–4 weeks. Rush Production (1–2 weeks) is available for $19.99. Delivery time is added on top of production. Current timing is always posted on the Current Lead Times page.

U.S. shipping rates

• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage or similar): $6.99. FREE on orders of $125 or more.
• Priority (USPS Priority Mail or similar): $9.99.
• Bulk business coaster orders ship at cost, calculated by weight at checkout.
• Free local pickup in Ontario, NY is available at checkout.

Christmas 2026: order by November 21 for standard production, or by December 5 with Rush Production, for delivery by Christmas.

Need your order by a specific date? Message me before ordering and I'll tell you what's possible.

If your order arrives damaged, see the Refund Policy. I'll file the carrier claim and get a replacement moving at no cost to you.
