We guarantee your satisfaction and that our products will last. Due to the custom nature of our products, we offer free returns and exchanges if there is an engraving error such as spelling or design. 

We guarantee our work will be free from material defect; this includes any issues of separation of material or glue pulling away. We have yet to have a single customer reach out about this, but we assure you we stand behind out products.
