Construction and care

Built from two pieces of quarter-inch premium cabinet-grade poplar-core Baltic birch. Your agency badge is laser-cut as part of the top layer, not applied as a decal or sticker. The layers are painted, engraved, and adhered for a total thickness of one half inch, then finished with a matte clearcoat with added UV protection. Because it is genuine wood and not a printed board, no two are ever identical: natural knots, grain variation, and small character marks are part of the material, not flaws. Wood also breathes — it can expand and contract slightly as indoor humidity shifts through the seasons. For that reason these flags are made for indoor display and are not weatherproof.
